What will the interest rate be on my loan?

As Brokers, we do not lend you the money, therefore we do not determine the rate.

We work for you to find which Bank, Credit Union or Finance Company will be lending you their money. As such, the lenders determine the interest rate themselves and let us know what it will be when they give “unconditional” approval for your loan.

It is fair to say however, that we have access to the most competitive rates in the market place and we can and do negotiate with lenders on your behalf to get the best deal possible.
